I’m Cindy Thompson, and I’ve been a trusted delivery manager for more than 20 years, ensuring that teams, projects, and programs make it across the finish line successfully. I strive to combine strategic delivery with daily operational support plans to make sure that teams are optimized to deliver results quickly and in alignment with business goals. I have deep experience in business process improvements and agile delivery.
